British Youth Championship 2022- Round 4

Following on from a successful weekend of the British Youth Championship in Scotland, the series moves on to The National Speedway Stadium, Belle Vue this afternoon (Friday June 3rd) for Round 4 of the 500cc and 250cc classes.

It is set to be a busy day for Belle Vue Colts Sam McGurk and Freddy Hodder who will be competing in the Youth Championship series after their NDL fixture against the Oxford Chargers.

McGurk leads the 500cc class having won the first three rounds in sensational style and will be red hot favourite to continue that success this afternoon.

Similar to McGurk, Luke Harrison in the 250cc class has also won the first three rounds and with another successful day this afternoon, will be looking odds on to claim his third British 250cc Championship.

Round four of the Championship includes  seven qualifying races for the 500cc class and six qualifying races for the 250cc class,  with a winner takes all final for each class.

The Young Lions would like to thank the Belle Vue Promotion for their continued support of British Youth Speedway along with all of our series sponsors.
