SGP3 & SGP4

British Youth 250cc riders William Cairns and Cooper Rushen compete in the SGP3 final in Manilla, Sweden this afternoon after both riders successfully negotiated their semi-finals on Wednesday.

Rushen scored 13 points in his semi-final ending up on the rostrum in 2nd place, whilst Cairns who competed in the 2nd semi-final on Wednesday, won 4 of his 5 qualifying heats to make it two Brits in this afternoon’s SGP3 Final.

Along with the SGP3 final, today also sees the inaugural SGP4 take place this afternoon on newly designed 190cc motorcycles.  Great Britain have one representative, with newly crowned British 125cc Champion Oliver Bovingdon taking his place in the meeting.
