Redcar & Scunthorpe Youth Rounds Results
The Young Lions in association with the Promotions at both Redcar and Scunthorpe successfully held a double Youth Rounds on Sunday with Round 5 being held at Redcar Sunday morning with a 11.30am start time and then all riders and support staff travelled south to Scunthorpe for Round 6 after the completion of the Scunthorpe Edinburgh fixture.
28 Riders competed in the morning at Redcar split across the 3 groups of 500cc, 125cc, 125cc Support Class and also 4 demonstration races from William Cairns and Caydin Martin riding their 250cc motorcycles.

Some fantastic racing at both venues and the winners at the events were Jody Scott and Ben Trigger in the 500cc class at Redcar and Scunthorpe respectively, Cooper Rushen won both events in the 125cc class with Harry Fletcher winning the support class at Redcar and Jack Franklin at Scunthorpe.

The only blip on what was a successful day, was a broken wrist by Adam Sidyk who competes in the support class. Everyone at the Young Lions wishes him a speedy recovery.
