British Youth Championship Round 2

For the Riders competing in the 500cc and 250cc classes of this year’s British Youth Championship Round 2 takes place at Redcar this afternoon, after the Bears Championship fixture against The Glasgow Tigers.

In the 500 class, Round 1 winner Ben Trigger will be hoping to claim another series win especially as pre-season favourite Sam McGurk will be missing having fractured his femur at Mildenhall last weekend and will be facing a period on the sidelines.

Triggers main threats will be coming from Redcar asset Alex Goldsbrough, Max Perry and Vinnie Foord.

The 250cc class looks as if it will be the most competitive class for 2021, with all the riders from Round 1 taking part plus the inclusion of highly rated William Cairns.

The Young Lions would like to thank the Redcar promotion for their continued support.
