British Youth Championship 125cc R1

Following last week’s rain-off at Scunthorpe, the British Youth Championship gets underway at Belle Vue tonight, with an early start time of 6pm.

Round 1 for the 125cc and 125cc Support Class takes place at The National Speedway Stadium in Manchester, prior to the Belle Vue Colts v the Oxford Chargers in the National Development League.   A fantastic turn out for the two classes will see twenty five riders taking part, competing in 22 qualifying races and 2 finals.

With the 2021 and 2022 British 125cc Champion Cooper Rushen now moving up to the 250cc class, this year’s Championship will see a new British Champion crowned.

The support class will see five riders making their British Youth Championship debuts including three female riders Jessica Cox, Chloe Davis and Tia May Brant.

The Young Lions would like to thank the Belle Vue promotion and all of our series sponsors for their continued support of British Youth Speedway.
