26th June 2015
On Saturday evening Lakeside and Birmingham star Adam Ellis competes in Macon, France in the FIM European Under 21 Semi Final and is trying to be Britain’s first representative in an European Final since Kyle Newman qualified in 2012.
GB Youth boss Neil Vatcher who is travelling out with Ellis after their EL fixture with Leicester on Friday night quoted, “this will certainly not be an easy semi final for Adam to overcome, as with not only a couple of home French riders competing who know the circuit very well, there are also a mix of top juniors from Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, so Ellis will have to be at the top of his game if he is to make the European Final. We would like to thank the BSPA for supporting us in this event and also Poole Promoter Gordan Pairman for supplying Adam with tyres to use in this Semi Final”.
