After competing in a 15 heat Challenge at the Isle of Wight, the Young Lions have been given another opportunity of a Team Fixture as the Plymouth Promotion have invited them to a Challenge Fixture at the St Boniface Arena on Friday 7th September.
Neil Vatcher is again delighted with another opportunity to get the Young Lions together, and although was defeated on the Island took the positives from the fixture.
The Team we took to the Island was very young indeed with both Leon Flint and Jason Edwards still only 15, and the oldest member was only 19 years old.
I was really impressed with their attitude and determination on the Island, and now we take a team to Plymouth which will be another great experience.
On this occasion Tom Brennan will Captain the side, and will be abely supported by Leon Flint and Anders Rowe.
Luke Ruddick and former Plymouth rider Callum Walker will also be in the 7, so a team capable of winning.
Vatcher concluded by saying we are really looking forward to the occasion, and would like to thank the Plymouth Promotion for the invitation.
