Young Lions can now confirm a new date for the British Youth Training Day that was postponed back in March due to Snow, has now been re-scheduled to be held at Buxton on Tuesday 2nd August.
GB Youth Boss Neil Vatcher said, “this year seams to be a lot busier fixture wise than we have been in previous years, and I have been trying to sort out the best available date since it was postponed, and am now delighted that we can confirm this event.
This of course is during the School Summer Holidays so hopefully we will have a good attendance and all being well, some sunshine!
We can also confirm that former GB World Cup Rider Paul Hurry, who has a vast knowledge of the speedway and Grasstrack scene and also an experience speedway mechanic will also be in attendance to help and advise on the day.
We will also be able to announce in the next few days, a current GB International that will also be in attendance.”
Any British riders who were Under 16 on the 1st January 2016 are welcome to attend, and are asked to email email@example.com to confirm their attendance.
We would like to thank the Buxton Promotion for agreeing to host this event, and the BSPA for their continued support.
