FIM European Under 19 Qualifier
The second FIM European Under 19 Qualifier takes place this afternoon in Divisov which is located in the heart of the Czech Republic.
Four of the best British teenagers have traveled out to try and make a top 5 finish, which would see them take their place in the European Final in Latvia in early August.
Current British Under 19 Champion Drew Kemp leads the charge with Leon Flint, Jordan Palin and Nathan Ablitt also taking their place at Divisov.
As with any such event at this level, they are always hard events, and with only the top 5 scorers qualifying for the final there is very little room for error.
Kemp and Palin who qualified for last year’s final at this stage, will be hoping for a repeat performance, whilst Flint and Ablitt will be looking to be make the Final for the very first time.
The Young Lions Daniel Gilkes rode in the first qualifier and will be one of the meeting reserves in Latvia on the 7th August, having finished 6th in Hungary.
The meeting starts at 3.15pm Saturday afternoon.
