British U21 Qualifier
For the second consecutive season Mildenhall host the British Under 21 Qualifier on Sunday afternoon for their 2022 season opener. (tapes up 3pm)
With only six qualification places up for grabs for the British Under 21 Final, which takes place at Birmingham in August, it is sure to be an exciting and tense afternoon.
Mildenhall favourite Jason Edwards will have the backing of the home support and along with the three other Championship competitors Kyle Bickley, Henry Atkins, and Nathan Ablitt will be the pre-meeting favourites to grab one of the six qualifying places.
Outside of the Championship riders the Belle Vue Colts have a large representative which includes Ablitt, as well as Harry and Sam McGurk and Archie Freeman.
Former Fen Tiger Sam Hagon will be looking for a top six finish and Plymouth Centurion rider Ben Trigger will be hoping to go one place better this season having qualified for last year’s Final as a reserve.
The Young Lions would like to thank the Mildenhall promotion for their continued support.
