ZACH GOES WILD!
Breaking news today that at next weeks FIM World Under 21 Final at Kings Lynn on Saturday 18th June, Great Britain will have a quarter of the line up competing, as along with the permanent riders in the three round series, Robert Lambert, Adam Ellis and Josh Bates, Somerset and Birmingham’s Zach Wajtknecht has now been confirmed as a wild card for the showpiece event at Round 1.
Wajtknecht who made his Great Britain debut for the Under 21 Team in Denmark last weekend was delighted with the confirmation of his selection, and is looking forward to making his appearance in a World Final against the best juniors from across the World, and said, “even though this will probably be the toughest speedway meeting that I will have competed in , it will be great experience for me, and one that I intend to enjoy and learn from, as I would like to be competing at this level on a regular basis in the future”.
Great Britains Max Clegg and Nathan Greaves with be the meeting reserves.
