9th January 2018
After the success of the Young Lions Training Camp on the Isle of Wight last year Under 21 Boss Neil Vatcher has again organised a camp to be held on the Island from the 13th to the 15th February, with 2 days on track and 1 day in the gym with both nutrition and mechanical training also taking place.
GB World Cup Star Steven Worrall will again be in attendance to pass on his knowledge to the Young Lions. There will also be a personal trainer in attendance on the non track day in the gym and to discuss the nutrition.
Vatcher said last year’s camp was a full 3 days of pre season training and we are hoping that this year’s camp will be just as successful.
