With so much excitement ahead of the 2021 season, and a lot of focus on the British Youth Riders, Young Lions are excited to have agreed with the forward thinking new Newcastle Diamonds and Gems promotion for the first British Under 21 Semi-Final to be held at Brough Park on Sunday 30th May.
Neil Vatcher said, we are delighted to be going to Newcastle for what will surely be an exciting and tense Semi Final with 16 riders chasing places to reach a British Final in 2021.
Brough Park is a venue that produces close racing and with so much young British talent around this year I for one am looking forward to this date, and this will be a real treat for all speedway fans of the North East and surrounding areas.
Vatcher would like to thank Rob Grant and Dave Tattum for their support in hosting this event, and confirmed that talks are currently taking place with a southern based track regards them hosting the 2nd Semi Final, and hopes to be able to confirm the date and venue in early March.
